HB1334- "Immunization requirements" filed by Rep. Bruce Borders at the request of H4ML. This bill allows mandates but ONLY if the employer respects the individual's right to refuse. Individuals are to be free of coercion or negative actions. This bill gets rid of exemptions and allows the person to "just say no." If the law is violated, there are penalties from the state, and the individual who is impacted may take civil action, creating means of enforcement.
