HB1001 goes to Conference committee

HB1001 has been contested by it's author and will go to conference committee.

House conferees are listed however the Senate has not assigned theirs yet. When we know senate conferees we will put out a call to action.

We will also be watching to determine when the committee occurs. 

Our hope is that during committee the discriminatory testing will be removed. That will be the focus of our calls to action.

Bear in mind that the governor could still veto the bill and send it back demanding that the vaccine portions are removed all together. We do not know what will happen, but we have to do our best ensure that discriminatory practices are not put into the law.

We will communicate as soon as we get more info!
