HB1001 will be heard in the Senate Health & Provider Services Tomorrow Wednesday February 16th. I am completely shocked. Now is not the time to drop our guard. We must remember that settling for a rehash of Federal Law is NOT enough to protect Hoosiers. In fact, HB1001 still has a plethora of flaws. We must make it clear that Hoosiers deserve better. Here is a list of concerns with the bill the way it is:
