For those of you hearing about this for the first time:

Tomorrow, April 15th, I’ll be attending the MAHA press conference hosted by Senator Braun and Robert F. Kennedy Jr.—an event that will shape the future of health policy in Indiana.

In anticipation, I submitted a proposal to Secretary Kennedy through Dr. James Lyons-Weiler outlining a bold, actionable, and fiscally responsible interim solution to the well-known failures of VAERS.

You already know: VAERS is broken. It only captures an estimated 1–10% of adverse events and has never functioned as an adequate safety surveillance system. But waiting years for the federal government to overhaul it is not good enough. That’s why I proposed something different—something Indiana can do right now.

🔹 We can bridge the gap.
By applying ESP-VAERS (an automated system already validated by Harvard Pilgrim and Cleveland Metro) to Indiana’s existing infrastructure—CHIRP and IHIE—we could leap ahead of the rest of the nation. Our state already mandates vaccine reporting and holds one of the most sophisticated health information exchanges in the country. This gives us the tools to act without delay.

A 12-month pilot project analyzing children born in 2020—comparing vaccinated, alternate schedule, and unvaccinated cohorts—could generate real-world insights to improve vaccine safety and rebuild public trust.

🔹 We can Make America Healthy Again.
Indiana is perfectly poised to support informed decision-making, promote transparency, and ensure medical liberty by delivering the truth backed by real data—not rhetoric, not guesswork.
