Mr. Nisly looks forward to continuing his work with Representative Jacob once back in the statehouse in 2023. If you would like to learn more about how Rep. Nisly has been a CHAMPION for Medical Liberty you can read more here.
Unfortunately, his opponent, Rep. Craig Snow, has not been willing to fight for true Medical Liberty. He has utilized establishment tricks to distract and confuse Hoosiers into thinking that he wants to fight for their rights.
Thankfully, Rep Jacob & Rep Nisly have been exposing the truth. The establishment knows they are on borrowed time and need to get true Medical Liberty Champions out of office.
If it weren't for Jacob & Nisly the people wouldn't have been able to tell where the establishment's loyalties lie.
Snow was a co-author on HB1001, a tactic to provide political cover for all the bad votes he cast in 2021. HB1001, even at it's inception, was weak and offered very little over federal exemption language. You can read more here.
Medical Liberty is an issue we cannot afford to compromise on. Hoosiers must take a hard stand to end discrimination and segregation based on vaccination status. No one should have to choose between an unwanted medical procedure and losing their job- INCLUDING COERCED TESTING.
That is exactly what HB1001 did, it codified coerced testing for anyone who uses a vaccine exemption. The bill does NOT change how religious exemptions are accepted compared to the previously existing federal protections.
Supporters of the bill might tout the recognition of natural immunity. However, natural immunity requires testing every 3 months to ensure the presence of antibodies and those using the exemption are still subject to testing, up to twice a week.
Some groups might encourage continued work with Snow. You must ask yourself if you are willing to run the risk of another poor performance over the next two years instead of a Medical Liberty Champion like Nisly. How much more can our rights be eroded during this time?
Hoosiers must make a decision based on performance.
If you hired a contractor and their work was similar to that in which Rep. Snow provided, would you rehire them for another job? What about Rep Nisly, would you rehire him?
Do you want to reaffirm the work that establishment is doing?
Representative Curt Nisly has been kicked out of the establishment caucus because of his unwillingness to betray his constituents.
