Right now, everyone is focused on legislation and we should be.

But if we truly intend to hold our elected officials accountable, the most effective tools are primary challengers and voting.

Candidate filing is officially underway, interest is high, and incumbents are scared!
This year presents a real opportunity for change. Every seat in the Indiana House of Representatives is up for election, along with several Senate seats. That matters for medical liberty.

Hoosiers for Medical Liberty does not endorse, support, or oppose any political candidate or party.
What we do provide is issue-based education and verifiable facts (or written commitments) about how incumbents and challengers represent themselves on medical liberty.

We do this through our biannual candidate survey, and we need your help.

Our survey asks direct, pointed questions to identify where a candidate is willing to fight for your right to medical liberty and where collaboration may or may not be possible. Completed surveys create a written record of a candidate’s stated positions and give insights on their sincerity to up hold medical liberty.
Here is how you can help:

• Download the survey
  
• Email it to your current legislator or any candidate running for State House or State Senate
  
• Make it clear you expect it to be completed and returned
• Let them know medical liberty is your highest priority
  

Better yet, schedule a meeting with the candidate or incumbent. Bring a printed copy of the survey, have it completed in person, and return it to us.

Medical liberty in Indiana will not happen without accountability.
Accountability does not happen without YOUR action.
