With all things COVID, we have seen an increase in vaccine mandates. We want to make sure you have the most up to date information possible. This year we witnessed as the flu vaccine was mandate outside of the health care field and religious exemptions were challenged. Employers asking for "proof" of how an individual's religion prevented them from getting a vaccine. According to the Civil Rights Act of 1964 an individual may not be discriminated against for religious beliefs. Again, this is ignored so we must stand up against this.
