Are you a local leader wanting to further this mission?
2021's goal was 6-10 classes throughout Indiana. The effort of Hoosiers pulling together blew our goal out of the water!
Are you prepared to help knock out our goal for 2022?
Are you prepared to help knock out our goal for 2022?
In 2022 we want to see:
- 1,000 activists trained
- 1 class in each area of the state*
- 1 Advanced School (3 day)
As you will learn in FACL, all good leaders do 4 things.
Plan, Prepare, Act, & Evaluate.
During our Evaluation of 2021 we noticed that we had a lot of classes and as a result trained some awesome activists. One thing we thought we could improve was attendance. While the class average was 38, we think we could do better. The truth is that tuition ($30-$50) doesn't cover the full cost of hosting the class. We would like to better utilize FACL resources and promote their growth while they do the same for us! One of our "sub goals" would be to have 50 students per class.
We know this may seem like a daunting task, especially if you have hosted a class. I promise, it is an achievable goal. 😉 We have a plan! We want to team up state groups and distribute the responsibility of driving attendance. Our goal is to set up 6 classes in North East, North West, Central East, Central West, South East and South West. NW is hard, Winimac or North Judson, NE- Fort Wayne, CW- Crawfordsville, CE- Anderson/Muncie, SW- Washington, and SE Columbus/Seymour. We don't want this plan to keep organic classes from being scheduled, our goal is to make sure that everyone in Indiana has the opportunity to attend a class. Setting up these initial classes will help us reach our goals. As you schedule these please reach out and we will work on connecting other groups to drive attendance too! After all- if class sizes are 50, we will still need many more classes to reach our goal of 1,000 activists trained. In order to achieve this goal we are going to start by seeing what groups are interested in participating, then in the future we may have a planning call. Filling out the form below will help us in setting up these classes and connecting |

It is time to GET SCARY.
Shortly before I founded Hoosiers for Medical Liberty I didn't have a clue about politics, activism, or how to make change. I WAS IGNORANT. Ignorance is bliss, right?
No, ignorance is not bliss. Ignorance of the majority has put us where we are today, where our freedoms and liberties are at risk. Luckily, I was at the right place at the right time, went to a Political Leadership class presented by the Foundation for Applied Conservative Leadership and snapped out of it. This is happening all across America, we got the wake up call. Now it is time to stop hitting snooze and get out of bed! If you are ready to take on this challenge to create true change in your community, state and even our country you are in the right place! I promise you will not regret this! I HATED politics. I always felt like there was no point in doing anything other than regular voting. I was hopeless in thinking things would change. To be completely honest, I registered for this class but didn’t want to go at all. I was so certain that I would be leaving the class that I made plans to help a friend clean her Grandpa's UNHEATED barn- IN FEBRUARY! I was so wrong. By 10:00am I called my friend and cancelled our plans. I was on the edge of my seat, frantically taking notes the entire day. I may or may not have been teachers pet. I actually felt like I could do something about the future. I felt like I could create effective change. I felt like I could not only be an activist, but a SUCCESSFUL activist. I was empowered by knowledge and tactic! I plan to keep this page updated with dates and locations of classes here in Indiana, you can find full classes on FACL's website. |

As you scroll through you will notice that only two legislators earned a "Pass Plus" designation from Hoosiers for Medical Liberty. It is hard to believe that only TWO members out of the 150 in the Indiana General Assembly could earn "Pass Plus."
This highlights the fact that the voting record for the electorate shows they simply don't care about your Medical Liberty or your right to bodily autonomy.
The two legislators earning "Pass Plus" have consistently and tirelessly worked towards Medical Liberty on all fronts. Hoosiers for Medical Liberty couldn't be more thankful. It is to bad we don't have more legislators willing to be brave like Representative Curt Nisly & Representative John Jacob. Learn more about the work Reps Nisly & Jacob complete in 2021 & 2022 legislative seasons.
We believe their courageous work deserves this special highlight. We also hope that you will use this voter guide as an opportunity to discuss these issues with your legislators. When talking to your legislators, don't forget to download and print our Candidate Survey & Interview forms and return them completed.

You can help educate your community!
What an exciting time to be paying attention to politics! Did you ever imagine that we would have so many candidates pledging to be a warrior for Medical Liberty?
I am truly in awe, but the work isn't over yet... May 3rd, 2022Will mark a day in Medical Liberty history here in Indiana, but we need your help.
You see, social media and internet only go so far, and in a lot of ways they are very limited. With shortened attention spans some Hoosiers might not remember who the Medical Liberty Lovin' candidates are. That is where you come in! We think it would be amazing to see community activation and volunteers showing up at the polls providing education on where the candidates stand. Read more below: |
We have already done work to make it easy for you! Below you will see fliers you can use. We can also try to connect you with your favorite Medical Liberty Candidate.
If you have a favorite candidate and would like to be connected to them to distribute literature at one of their polling places you can text 260-286-0988 with a code in the following format. POLL(district number). For example: If you want us to try to connect you with Rep. Nisly's campaign you can text: POLL22, or for Rep Jacob's: POLL93
When you educate at the polls there are a few things you should know.

When you educate at the polls there are a few things you should know.
- Obviously, be kind and courteous. H4ML has worked hard to become the most trusted Medical Liberty group in the state. We want to remain that way. No swearing, no chasing people, dress respectably, and if people aren't interested let them be.
- Be safe and obey laws. No blocking motorist or pedestrian traffic.
- You are acting under your own will therefore, H4ML is not liable for any injuries or consequences related to your participation.
- Do not enter polling places with educational material. This is not allowed. Indiana State law requires that you stay 50 feet from the entrance of the polling place. If the property ends before 50 feet then you must remain 1/2 the distance from the door to the property line.
- You are acting as an individual and do not have permission to represent H4ML.
- If you don’t have a Medical Liberty Candidate in your district, consider traveling to another district. We are all impacted by legislators in other districts. This could be vital to our long term success.
What to say...
When distributing literature, you might use phrases like below:
"Hi, are you concerned about Medical Liberty & coerced vaccination or testing?"
If they respond negatively tell them to have a great day and nothing more.
If they respond positively respond with something like, "It's a big issue, have you looked at where the candidates stand on the issue? I have some information about the State House race, would you like to read it?" (Extend the flyer)
Again, negative response, "Ok, have a wonderful day."
Positive response, "Great! Here you go, take a good look, then put it in your pocket before you go into the polling site."

Printing fliers...
This is relatively simple. Below you will see the districts ordered numerically.
Once you find you find the district you will be educating in click the link, download the PDF, print (preferably in color) then cut into 4 on the lines provided.
Because each sheet is 4 cards if you print: 25 you get 100, 50 turns into 200, 100 gets you 400, for most polling places I am guessing that 400 would be too many!
You can print at home or via a local copy shop. Just be sure your copies are legible.
You may choose to spread these around town before the primary as well.
Thank you for helping educate about Medical Liberty!!

Religious freedom for frontline health
To Whom it May Concern,
We, the residents of Indiana, refuse to stand by and allow the rights of our Frontline Public Servants to be away. Over the last year we have seen our Fire, Police, EMS, Sheriff, and Correctional officers step-up in unprecedented ways. We are so thankful for their dedication and heroism as they walked into unknown situations while everyone else was tucked away at home.
We are appreciative of the intentions of SB232 but we know you can do better! We believe our Heroes deserve the right to religious freedom and if accepting a COVID-19 vaccination or treatment interferes with their moral or religious convictions they should not be penalized. We expect you to follow up on this important matter and ensure that our heroes rights to religious freedom are protected and their benefits are granted just the same as those of their peers.

Resist the Registry
To Whom it May Concern,
We, the residents of Indiana, refuse to allow our private medical information to be shared without our knowledge. Recently health care providers in our great state have started sharing our information with the Indiana State Department of Health (ISDH). Though ISDH cited HIPAA law stating information can be shared for treatment, these individuals have not requested ,and may not even desire treatment. We expect our protected health information to be safe with our providers. This breach of trust is unacceptable as patients did not request the referral or the treatment, and the spirit of the law would dictate that the desire for treatment must be present for the transfer of information. We must not allow for this to continue. Hoosiers have the right to privacy.
We ask that these breaches are corrected and that our right to medical confidentiality is fortified. We demand that patient information shall not be shared by a physician, physician group, hospital, or other provider regarding eligibility for vaccination without authorization of the individual. Patients may not be added to a registry, consult, or contact lists of a State or Federal agency, a pharmacy, clinic, or vaccination distribution site without prior signed authorization of the patient.
