No shots, No School, Not True! Even for higher Education.
Did you know Indiana has a law that provides a religious exemption for college students. This legislation extends beyond vaccination and also covers examination, testing, and treatment as well. Below, you will find a copy of the higher education exemption we have drafted including the Indiana state code.

Can they make this mandate?
Currently, this is one of the hottest topics buzzing Indiana, and the entire nation for that matter. Indiana University, Purdue University, and Notre Dame have all stated that they would be mandating the COVID-19 vaccination for staff and students alike. IU’s policy may be the most stringent, in the FAQ page they report that staff and students who don’t comply will be terminated or have classes cancelled. IU also openly states that they will provide limited religious exemptions creating further concerns.
While Indiana schools may mandate the vaccination, they are REQUIRED to accept a religious exemption for students. Staff can also utilize a religious exemption per the Civil Rights Act of 1964. Learn more on how to file and exemption here.

Dear Indiana State legislator,
We have watched as you have continuously downplayed the severity of medical liberty violations. We have been disappointed time and again as you had opportunity to pass strong legislation, yet you failed to act.
Due to your negligence of the issue, higher education students, their parents, and the staff of these institutions are in a panic. Some of whom have already been denied religious exemptions. We are appalled that students are being forced to choose between their medical liberties versus pursuing or completing higher education.
Further, this is exactly what Senate Pensions & Labor was warned about during testimony for SB74. It seems as though IU’s own Ross Silverman who testified against the bill held more weight than the constituents. The House also had ample opportunity to provide protections with the numerous amendments brought forward by Representatives Nisly & Jacob.
This is your chance to rectify the issue. You are still in session, march back to the State House and represent your constituents. Pass a true immunity passport that sweeps the state, providing protection against medical discrimination and worse yet, coercion.
Thank you,
